Whether you’ve found yourself in the middle of a plumbing emergency, or simply want to book a same-day service or repair, Mr Emergency Plumbing will always aim to be at your home within 30 minutes* from the time you call. However, there are occasions when our technicians are completely booked or an unforeseen delay occurs. If we’re unable to be at your door within half an hour, we’ll always aim for the quickest response time possible.
When you book with Mr Emergency Plumbing on a weekend or public holiday, you will pay the same rates then as you would during a standard 9-5 business day. We do not and will not charge extra after hours.
To provide you with the most accurate quote for our services, a Mr Emergency Plumbing or gasfitting technician will issue you with a fixed price upfront quote upon completion of a detailed on-site assessment. As we do not have any technicians in the office, we’re unable to provide quotes over the phone or on social media.
We certainly do! Mr Emergency Plumbing offers a 12-month workmanship warranty on all our plumbing and gas fitting services. This enables you to call us if anything occurs within a 12-month period – from the date of service – to arrange a follow-up service or repairs at no further cost. However, there may be exceptions in some circumstances.
Mr Emergency Plumbing accepts payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Eligible customers can also opt for one of our finance options** payment plans.
In the event of a plumbing or gas emergency in your home, you might not always have the funds in your household budget to take care of essential repairs. Mr Emergency Plumbing provides approved customers with the opportunity to pay in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments through buy now, pay later providers like Zip and Humm.
